Earth Day in Miskolc Zoo
This year we are welcome our visitors 1 day later than usual, 23 April instead of 22 Apr. Let’s draw the attention to demonstrate support for environmental protection.
Zoo Season Opening
March 20, 2016 (Sunday) in Miskolc Zoo Season Opening program: We welcome our visitors with feeding demonstrations, animal shows on World Water Day. We also prepare for the kids and playful adults with different mind-breakers.
Let the bear!
2 February is Candlemas Day. On this day we have many folk beliefs. Our ancestors used to think if on this day the weather is shiny, winter will last long. As the saying goes: „on Candlemas Day rather the wolf yell through the window than the sun shine.”
Starting of the Zoo bus line
